This installation is a means to reproduce and visualize the natural phenomenon of cloud-forming. Vortices and eddies become visible as the damp content dances withing the confined space of the Cloudmachine.

Cloud machine is named after what it does. It produces clouds of quite awkward dimensions 100 cm x 100 cm x 2cm using a boiler and piping to lead steam between two specially prepped sheets of glass. When projecting lineair beams of licht onto the glass it refracts on the damp content and visualizes patterns.
